Approvals PolicyThree business days with credit card on file. Smaller items only that 1 person can carry out.

Special Order / Purchase Policy50% deposits on all special orders. Cancellations on special orders forfeit half of the deposit and the other half will be exchanged for store credit only. When the product is received, you will be notified within 48 hours. Within 10 days the balance is then due and must be picked up/delivered. Purchased products not picked up at the time of sale must be picked up within 10 days of the sale date. If not, the product will return to stock and all monies paid will be exchanged for store credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Return PolicyProducts may be returned within 3 days for a full refund with receipt. A store credit will be issued if product is returned between day 4 – 7. All sales are final on upholstered items, mattresses, bedding, seasonal products, discounted products, or any product that has been altered or damaged.

Lay-a-way PolicyOnly one layaway permitted at any time. Multiple layaways not allowed. 50% deposit minimum is required and must be paid off and picked up/delivered within 10 days. If not, the product will return to stock and all monies paid will be exchanged for store credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Pick-Up PolicyWe are not responsible for any damage claims after the product has been picked up. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect product before loading. We will assist the customer in loading the product, but we will not secure anything down.

Third Party Delivery PolicyCustomers may use whomever they like to pick up purchases. The delivery party must be authorized to sign to pick up on behalf of the customer. All products are inspected prior to leaving the store/warehouse, therefore, all damage claims are handled between the customer and the third party delivery company.

In-House Delivery PolicyOur in-house delivery pricing is within 10 miles of the store and delivered / setup on first floor only. We do not install lighting or art, and we do not move or dispose of any existing furniture in the home. Delivery fees must be paid at the time of purchase: 1 person delivery $100; 2 person delivery $200; 3 or 4 person delivery $350. *Pricing is well below 3rd party rates and tipping for exceptional service is appreciated. Deliveries are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Call (901) 562-2646 to schedule in house deliveries.

Designer / Builder Policy10% to be paid within 14 days of purchase. 15% to be paid within 14 days of purchase on orders over $10,000.00. Customer must accompany the designer at time of purchase or authorize designer to purchase on their behalf by phone. Free delivery and set up. We will open and inspect all product prior to delivery. Our in-house delivery pricing is within 10 miles of the store and delivery / setup on first floor only. We do not install lighting or art, and we do not move or dispose of any existing furniture in the home. All products must be picked up/delivered within 90 days from the date of purchase.
